How to add your website to Google Search Console

 Step 1)

• Google search console is also known as google webmaster.

• Google search console is the most used word, then google web master.

• To go on "Google Search Console", you have to search google search console in your browser.

• When you search Google Search Console on your chrome browser, you will redirect to above page.

• Now click on Search Console by Google - Google Search Console.

Step 2)

• In 2nd step you have to register your site.

• If you have a site with custom domain (like:https://www.techfreakforu.in/), then you have to enter your site in 1st box which name is "Domain" .

• If you make any blog or site in blogger or wordpress then you have to enter your site (like: https://www.techfreakforu.blogspot.com/), in 2nd box which name is URL prefix.

• After this step you will redirect to google search console's dashboard.

Step 3)

• After successfully registering your site you will see a dashboard like this.

• You can see your site's overview, performance and many more features in this dashboard.

Step 4)

• Now, you have to enter your site's sitemap in Google Search Console.

• To register your sitemap, you have to go on this site and enter your site link.

• This will give you an output of your site's sitemap.

• Copy and paste it to  "Sitemaps" section in Google Search Console.

• In sitemap, you can show your site's indexed data and can improve it later on.

Step 5)

• This will be final step of registering your site in Google Search Console.

• After successfully adding your sitemap, now it turns to submit your article/post's link to search console.

• So that it can be rank in google search and you can see you sites data live on google.

• You can add your article/post in URL inspection section of Google Search Console dashboard.

Step 6)

• After completing all the steps, now it turns to check your sites data live on google.

• You can see your site's data like this.

• Syntax -- site:your site's link

• site:https://www.techfreakforu.in/
